Food Food and more food
As you pass through cities and little towns, you might catch the aroma of your next meal being cooked. Eating on the train is reminiscent of feasting in a fine dining room in the 1950's. Our maitre d' Gerry was a man of poise and grace who immediately greeted you and seated you to your seat. Every meal with him was fun as a result of his humour and good nature. What can I say about the meals other than they were all fantastic. Each course allowed you different choices. It is a hard decision to make and you are never disappointed. We always came away from the table feeling very full and content as we enjoyed the meal and also our company at our table.
